Phoenix Heights Apartments are convenient Canary Wharf serviced apartments, a short walk from big shopping centres, local convenience stores, riverside eateries and local attractions.

  • Cancellations / Amendments Free cancellations with a full refund if cancelled until 14 days prior to arrival.

    Cancellation and changes less than 14 days prior to the check-in date will incur cancellation charges as detailed below.

    For cancellation notice received less than 14 days before the check-in date, the client is liable to a charge of 14 nights accommodation or the total booking value (whichever is lower). After check-in, should the client wish to shorten the stay, 14 nights prior notice is required to be refunded the balance of the stay.

  • Key Collection Meet & Greet on arrival or Self check in details provided. Please advise us of your arrival time.
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Pets No Pets.
  • Security Deposit On arrival £150.00 security deposit will be required to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment. This will be refunded in full 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.

    Review Title : Best accomodation ever, with a great view.

    Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes
    Any comments about the apartment in particular? : Too hot sleeping with doona, and some nights a little cool without any bed cover. Air Con would certainly sort it, or option to use a lighter bed cover.

    Would you recommend Check-in-London to others? : Yes
    How was your booking experience with us? : Great, it beats other accomodation I have used in years gone by such as Hilton, Airbnb etc. Because of freedom to do things at my leisure, and no need to seek out a laundromat.
