Policies of 1 Commercial Street Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments All cancellations and/or notification of early departure must be received in writing. A full refund will be given where appropriate written notice of cancelling the booking has been received.

    For bookings less than 30 nights, 7 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 7 prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 night’s accommodation will be incurred.

    For bookings of 31 nights and more, 14 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 14 night’s accommodation will be incurred.

    Booking amendments are subject to the above cancellation terms and may result in a higher nightly charge being levied for any shortened booking than that for the original booking.

    Extensions Extensions are subject to availability.
    There may be a different nightly rate to apply to any extension period. An alternative property may be offered (subject to availability) if the original booked property is not available for extension period requested.

  • Check-in From 15:00
    Check-in fees are not levied for check-ins during 9:00 to 20:00 Monday to Sunday. On Public Holidays and out of office hours we levy a late check-in fee of £50.00 before midnight and £100.00 after midnight and before 9:00.

  • Check-out Before 10:00
    An additional charge will be levied automatically if the accommodation is not vacated at the required 10:00, and an additional night’s charge if after 1 pm. Any late departure is subject to availability.
    On the day of departure, please leave keys as per the instructions included in your arrival information which is specific to your apartment.
    If the keys are taken, there will be a £50 fee in a delayed return of any keys.
    If keys are not returned at all, there will be a charge of £150 which includes their replacement plus a change of locks.

  • Children Baby cots are available on request for an additional charge
  • Key Collection Meet and Greet service on arrival. Please advise your estimated time of arrival at the time of booking.
  • Other Use of the apartment for any illegal or immoral purpose or the use of any illegal substance is not permitted and will result in the booking being cancelled by the Company with no refund and the Guest having to depart immediately.
  • Payment For bookings less than 30 nights, full payment is required at the time of booking.

    For bookings of 31 nights and more, a payment of one month's rent is required at the time of booking.

  • Pets No pets allowed
  • Security Deposit No security deposit is required. However, the apartment requests a credit card prior to booking, to be held on file for any additional charges, and it reserves the right to cancel a booking should this not be provided.
  • Smoking There is a no smoking policy applicable in all apartments as well all public areas of the building.
