  • Cancellations / Amendments For stays of 1-27 nights: Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 7 nights' accommodation costs.

    For stays of 28 nights and over: Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 14 nights' accommodation costs.

    If you haven’t checked-in by midnight on the commencement date and you've not informed us that you intend to arrive at a later date, we will assume you have cancelled the booking and will apply our cancellation as outlined above.
