    Sleeps two but can accommodate up to four people with one extra sofa bed (available on request for an extra fee per night) sleeping a third and a fourth person. The apartment has a separate bedroom, double beds, one shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area.

Policies of Priory House Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments The Cancellation policy for these apartments is as follows:

    For bookings of 7 nights or less - notice is required 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 3 night's accommodation.

    For bookings of 8 nights and over up to 1 month - notice is required 1 week prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 1 week's accommodation.

    For bookings of 1 month and over - notice is required 2 weeks prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 2 week's accommodation.

    In the case of a no-show - cancellation charges equal to 2 week's accommodation will be charged.

    If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights the apartment operator reserves the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

    Extensions
    14 days written notice is required for an extension to the reserved check-out date. This will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.

  • Key Collection Meet & Greet Service on arrival available 9:00-18:00 Monday - Friday (except bank holidays).

    Outside these hours keys can be collected via a key safe on 4 Botolph Alley London EC3R 8DR or keys can be hand delivered for £35.00 (24-hour notice required). For arrivals on Saturday and Sunday, please contact us before 14:00 on Friday to arrange key collection.

  • Payment After you make a booking you will be informed to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form in order to confirm your reservation. As a matter of policy these apartments also require you to produce a copy of photo ID (drivers license or passport) at the time of booking.

    For stays of less than 30 nights payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

    For stay of 30+ nights payment for the first month will be due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

    Further months, or any part thereof, will be invoiced on a monthly basis 2 weeks prior to the due date.

  • Security Deposit A security deposit to cover any damages may be taken at or prior to arrival. This may be in the form of a payment or an authorisation to deduct payment from your debit or credit card used to make the booking. Any security deposit paid will be returned to you in full unless you are liable for loss or damages.
  • Smoking No smoking
