Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be liable for 100% of the stay, unless the apartment can be re-let.     For bookings from 24th June to 7th September 2017 Notification of cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival date and subject to re-letting on a short notice.     "i am allergic to dust and the house keepers would only wipe dust from the obvious places (counter tops) and not clean properly all the facility, knowing that the price we pay per night is not cheap at all! i asked for hypoallergenic comforters and got them a few days later. i also asked to book an apartment for my friend and was told he will be given the rate i was given and he was given a much higher rate ! i love the place, but it was so expensive that i would not consider staying there again. . i called the same day and was assisted within 10 minutes and done my booking and everything went smoothly. "

    Location was amazing, and great value for money. The place was clean, modern and comfortable. The furniture was getting a bit tired, though. The staff were helpful and accommodating. There were no problems at all and we really enjoyed being there. Gavin was very helpful especially with our last-minute booking. He helped us find a great place.

    We stayed between Christmas and New Year, enjoyed it very much by all family members (2 daughters of 14 and 8). Convenient, clean, quiet and spacious. Service discrete but efficient.     Not For Winter!. We did not find this to be Deluxe. The first apartment we received was very cold and full of Cigarette smell. This should not have been attempted rented out. We received a new apartment, better, but also this was very cold. With only ceiling fans to heat it takes long - if ever - to get the room evenly heated to a pleasant temperature. The apartments need to be preheated. We wanted to take a bath, but unfortunately it was not enough hot water available to fill the tub. After a while - like an hour, there was some more hot water available, but still not enough. We were then told this is how it was and that one could take shower in stead. We protested, and the next day it was fixed. No apology or compensation was offered. Upon departure I asked how the checkout process was, knowing an amount was blocked on our credit card. We were told this would normally be unblocked within a week. We refused this asking them to check right away so the unblocking could be done immediately. I think the only correct way is to check the apartment for faults upon departure. In short, we have found many mid quality apartments to be just as good and therefore much better value for money. Reception staff generally friendly.
