    Sleeps four but can accommodate up to six people with one extra double sofa bed (available on request for an extra fee per person per night). The apartments have two bedrooms, double beds, one double sofa bed, two bathrooms and a spacious living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.

  • Cancellations / Amendments Bookings for one apartment for less than 3 weeks:
    Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: £15.00 Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the total stay
    Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the total stay
    Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay
    No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay

    Bookings for two or more apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
    Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total stay
    Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total stay
    Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the total stay
    No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay

    Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month. After a one month stay, a 14 day notice applies.

    Please note:
    Reduction of number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a £15.00 administration fee. The changes must be advised prior to your arrival. If you reduce the number of nights or of guests between 7 days prior to your arrival and the arrival - recalculation of price is not possible. This doesn't apply for reservations for more than 10 days and for two or more apartments. In such case, reduction of nights will equal a cancellation of booking.

    For shorter bookings (1-4 nights) or in absolute necessity, the apartment reserves the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit for the same or smaller price.

    For bookings of more than one apartment the above cancellation charges apply per apartment booked.

    Please note: All card surcharges are non-refundable

    Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID (ID of credit card holder) and a valid credit card used for the booking. If this will not be done, the payment will have to be processed with a card that the guest will have on arrival or cash. In the case of prepayment, the payment will have to be processed with the same card that the guest will have on arrival or cash and the initial payment will be credited back to guest's card.

    Please note: The minimum age of the guest for check-in at the apartment is 18.

  • Payment For bookings that total less than £1000.00 - Full payment will be taken upon arrival.

    For bookings that total £1000.00 and over - Your card will be charged a deposit equal to 30% of the total accommodation costs at the time of booking. The reservation will only be confirmed once the deposit has been paid. The remaining balance will be taken upon arrival.

    VAT does not apply at this property.

  • Security Deposit For bookings of less than 6 guests - A security deposit or credit/debit card authorisation of £200.00 may be required.

    For bookings of 6 guests or more - A security deposit or credit/debit card authorisation of £50.00 per person may be required.

    These deposits will be taken on arrival and refunded upon departure less any deductions for breakages/damages etc.

    Cosser Street Superior Apartments

    The apartment was an excellent location, however it is in desperate need of maintenance, shower , bathroom floor, kitchen floor, blinds in lounge/dining room, chest of drawers in bedroom were falling apart and only able to utilise 1 drawer. Lack of cooking utensils made it difficult to cook. The apartment was clean and useable, some maintenance would ensure a 10 rating.Customer service was excellent and a 10 out of 10!
