Howick Place Apartments lie in the busy Victoria district, famous for its busy railway station and Buckingham Palace. It is a thriving neighbourhood with many new developments, skyrise buildings, fancy shopping centres like Cardinal Place and excellent transport connections. Victoria Station is a main commuter hub for its national rail lines, trains to Gatwick Airport, underground connections, myriad of buses and coach stop.

Attractions you can easily walk to from here are Westminster Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Tate Britian, Hyde Park and the Houses of Parliament. It is also situated a short walk away from the River Thames. The beautiful St. James' Park near the palace is a great retreat from the hectic city bustle and also features some stunning gardens, a lake and an impressive range of water wildlife.

Policies of Howick Place Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments For stays of 1-6 nights: notice of cancellation is required no less than 72 hours before midday on the day your booking commences to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the accommodation costs.
    For stays of 7-27 nights: notice of cancellation is required no less than 7 days before midday on the day your booking commences to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 7 nights' accommodation costs.
    For stays of 28 nights and over: notice of cancellation is required no less than 14 days prior to midday on the day your booking commences to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 14 nights' accommodation costs.

    If you haven’t checked-in by midnight on the commencement date and you've not informed us that you intend to arrive at a later date, we will assume you have cancelled the booking and will apply our cancellation as outlined above
