Policies of Central Walk Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments 2 weeks written notice is required prior to arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Should less than two weeks be given then the penalty fee payable is the shortfall in the number of nights notice given, i.e 10 nights notice given then the penalty fee incurred will be 4 nights.

    Please note that this cancellation policy also applies to amendments which shorten the booking.

  • Payment After your booking has been made you will receive an email from the apartments with their registration form, which will need to be completed and returned within 72 business hours in order to confirm your reservation. As a matter of policy these apartments also require you to produce a copy of ID (driver’s photo license or passport & utility bill) in order to confirm a booking. If the form and Proof of ID is not received by the apartments within this time, the apartment will be released and the booking cancelled.

    All Bookings will be provisionally held and only confirmed 14 days prior to check-in date.

    For stays less than 31 nights, full payment is required after the signed booking form is received and when the booking is confirmed.

    For stays of over 31 nights, 31 days payment is required after the signed booking form is received and when the booking is confirmed. Balance payment charged monthly upfront.

  • Security Deposit On arrival a security deposit will be charged or pre-authorised from a credit/debit card according to length of stay to cover against any incidental breakages or damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as below:

    Stays of less than 14 nights - £250.00 per apartment. Stays of 14 - 28 nights - 2 weeks' accommodation costs. Stays of 28 nights or more - 4 weeks' accommodation costs.

    Any pre-authorisation is NOT DEBITED, the amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled after departure.
