Apartment Terms & Conditions
Booking Procedure
The Chelsea Cloisters can be booked in the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you will need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made at standard rates, your card will be pre-authorised, but not charged, for the total amount at the time of booking.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at, unless already prepaid as above.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00.

Chelsea Cloisters accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
For bookings made at standard rates, notice of cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
For cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival the following charges will apply:
For stays of 1-6 nights, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 1 night's accommodation costs.
For stays of 7 nights and over, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 2 nights' accommodation costs.
Part cancellations made after check-in will be charged the total cost of the stay as originally booked.
