- Earls Court and Gloucester Road tube stations are both a three minute walk from the property and provide easy access around central London as well as the renowned shopping areas of Chelsea and Knightsbridge.
- Guests at Collingham Apartments, South Kensington can enjoy spacious apartments with a reception room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette (studio). Sleeping one or two, the Studio Apartment contains two twin beds that are convertible into one king-size bed. It has a combined living area and bedroom, and has recently been refurbished to a superior standard.
One Bedroom Executive Apartment Sleeps: 3 Bathrooms: 1
Recently refurbished, One Bedroom Apartments can sleep up to three people. The bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into one king-size bed, and the sofa bed in the living area can comfortably accommodate one adult or two children. There is an additional charge per night for use of the sofa bed.
Two Bedroom Executive Apartment Sleeps: 5 Bathrooms: 1
The Two Bedroom Executive Apartment can sleep up to five people, and has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It contains two bedrooms, each with two twin beds that can easily be converted into a king-size bed, plus a sofa bed in the living area that can comfortably accommodate one adult or two children. There is an additional charge per night for use of the sofa bed.
Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Executive Apartment Sleeps: 5 Bathrooms: 2
This apartment has the same accommodation as the Two Bedroom Executive Apartment (see above), sleeping up to five people, but also benefits from an additional bathroom.
Three Bedroom Two Bathroom Executive Apartment Sleeps: 7 Bathrooms: 2
Recently refurbished and furnished to a high standard, this apartment can sleep up to seven people. It has three separate bedrooms, each with two twin beds that may easily be converted into a king-size bed. There are two bathrooms, and the sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate an additional adult or two children. There is an additional charge per night for use of the sofa bed.
Two Bedroom Penthouse Apartment Sleeps: 5 Bathrooms: 2
The penthouses offer the most comfortable accommodation of all the apartments. Sleeping up to five people, this one has two bedrooms, each with two twin beds that may easily be converted into a king-size bed. There is also a living area with a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate one adult or two children. (There is an additional charge per night for use of the sofa bed). The apartment has two bathrooms, and there is also a private balcony for your enjoyment.
Three Bedroom Penthouse Apartment Sleeps: 7 Bathrooms: 2
The penthouses offer the most comfortable accommodation of all the apartments. With three bedrooms, this one can sleep up to seven people. Each bedroom has two twin beds that may easily be converted into a king-size bed. There is also a living area with a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate one adult or two children. (There is an additional charge per night for use of the sofa bed). The apartment also has a private balcony.

Apartment Terms & Conditions
Booking Procedure
The Collingham Apartments can be booked in the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you will need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
On booking, a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival, and will also be taken from your credit card, unless you choose to make alternative payment arrangements directly with the apartments (for example, company cheque, banker's draft or bank transfer). You are entitled to a refund of all or part of your deposit if you cancel the booking, as long as you cancel within the terms of the cancellation policy (see below).
Once the booking has been made with ourselves the apartments will be in contact with you to request completion of a credit card authorisation form, this must be completed and returned directly to the apartments who will then issue you with a confirmation that your booking has been secured.
If the form is not completed and returned the apartments reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.
Security Deposit
As is the usual procedure, when you check in, an imprint of your credit card will be requested to cover any incidental expenses you might occur during your stay. This authorisation will be up to £350 and will be cancelled on departure. You may leave a cash deposit instead if you prefer.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 12:00.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 28 days prior to arrival can be made without charge.
Cancellations made between 14 and 27 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge equal to 25% of the total cost of the booking.
Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the booking.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged the full cost of the booking.
