The location of these apts could not have been better so central to everything. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I had particularly booked two lge bedrooms and I was sure the 2nd bedroom had 2 single beds when I booked. However we had to put up with a roll away bed (very uncomfortable) my grandaughter ended up dragging the mattress into the lounge room to have more air and make the mattress more comfortable. When I queried this with the manager he stated that we did not order a superior apt therefore the rollaway bed. The other complaint was the lack of air in the 2 bedroom the light came through two glass doors which were securely locked and not something you would open for air for various reasons.Otherwise it was fine a bit airless as London was surprisingly humid. You booking site was wonderful and I would use it again and recommend it to others.
larger than we expected and definitely more comfortable than the last hotel room we stayed in. location couldnt have been better, moments from everything and yet very peaceful and quiet. Had a fantastic stay in london and the manson place apartments.
