The front desk of this large apartment building were very co-operative in allowing us early check-in. They were also helpful in all of our inquires. The apartment was ready to occupy and was very clean and well maintained. The location is wonderful: a couple blocks from the underground, a supermarket on the premises, less than a walking mile from the three most interesting museums in London and offered excellent security. The only downers were that the apartment entry is on the third floor and a long circular staircase must be traversed to the apartment, which is on a much lower level and insufficient bath towels were provided. The front desk did accomidate us with additional towels, on our request, and a young man to retrieve our suitcases when we check-out. We would definitely stay here again, with the hope that we would obtain an apartment that is level to its entry.

Apartment was spacious for 2 persons. Clean, tidy and conveniently located. The only two gripes are that we had to walk a long way through the corridors and change lifts in order to get to our apartment. The other thing is that we could not obtain a later check-out time due to the fact that another tenant was arriving shortly after we left. All in all the experience with Point West was very good. The bathroom amenities and facilities are to satisfaction and the room had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine and dryer came in handy.

The flat was wonderful. It was clean and had everything you would need. I would definitely stay there on my next visit to London.

The apartment far exceeded our expectations. My family and I had a wonderful stay there. The kitchen was fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and all the crockery and cooking utensils. The bathrooms were big and great too and what with free Wi-Fi service!! On the ground floor at the back of the apartment is a huge Sainsbury supermarket! Location wise, it was also fantastic with only a 2 minute walk to the Gloucester Road Station and also we felt safe walking back to our apartment at night/ Wonderful apartment that I would definitely recommend to all my friends!!

Point West is a nice property and in a great location, so from that perspective, I was very happy. However, the first flat I was in the boiler went out so they moved me to another one (which is fine, these things happen). But at the new one the oven and DVD player didn't work and the window in the living room wouldn't open (so it got very hot). I called the apartment management office twice about having these things fixed. They were never fixed and they never even called me back to say what the issue was. Not a great experience!

My family and I have now been back in Denmark for weeks. We enjoyed our stay in London and we also enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was a first time for us, normally we stay in hotels, but we all agree that from now on we prefer staying in apartments, so I am sure it will not be the last time you have us a guests. Overall the apartment is nice, but the carpet in the living area is very stained. Especially at the entrence to the kitchen and at the sitting area. I just wanted to mention it, as the apartment otherwise is nice.

Very comfortable and extremely convenient. My partner and I enjoyed our three week London holiday. It was great having a washing machine and a well fitted kitchen and seemed in good working order although a little washing up detergent would have been nice. definitely good value for money.

Enjoyed our stay and loved the apartment. very clean. Internet could have been free but it was still a good package.

Our stay at point west was enjoyable and we had a good London holiday. we did not really have any notable problems and found it to be a very nice location and comfortable apartment.
