The apartment was great with a super convenient location. It was spacious and the the bathroom had a great big tub. The worst part was the couch. It was incredibly old and saggy and ripped all over. They just draped a blanket over it. I even could have put up with the rips and tears if the structure of the couch wasn't so horrible. It's obviously been used for years and years. You could feel every spring. After a long day of sightseeing, it's nice to come home to a comfy couch where you can talk about your day. Instead, we often opted to sit on our beds and talk. Also, our TV wasn't set up to receive all the stations. We had to wait until the next day to ask them to fix it because it was after hours. When we came back (after hours again because we were out enjoying ourselves) they hadn't fixed it. We asked them the next day and they simply said they hadn't had time to get to it yet. That wasn't great either.
