Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments are modern Bayswater serviced apartments set in a beautiful Victorian period building across a peaceful garden square within reach of three well connected tube stations.

    Excellent location / not the cheapest but I guess it is in London. The3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms arrangement suited our 6 family members perfectly. The communal living area was small ( I had been warned about this before booking ) but didn't cause us any problems as we were out sightseeing as much as possible. My only criticism would be the lack of a toaster - on requesting one of these the answer was 'they have been banned from the Hotel by the Fire Service'..... Check In London was very helpful and made the booking procedure simple.

    Stayed there for two months and access to lifts are way to far from lobby. Laundry service is not that good. Cleaning especially the untesils and plates is not that good and not consistent. .

    There was no freezer in the fridge. We got a basement apartment where there was a constant noise of the elevator at night. The kitchenette area was quite cramped up. I don't think in summers it would be a good choice to stay. .

    Stayed for 5 days with 3 teenage sons, small apartment, good central location, staff were helpful, facilities were average, lift kept going out of service so walk up 4 flights was a pain. Probably better value for money or larger sized apartments available in London but this was our first visit to London so not a bad choice first time. Sons enjoyed close proximity to Hyde Park out get out and have a bit of space. Website easy to navigate, good choice of apartments available.

    The 3 bedroom suite was not what i expected. The hall and kitchen all cramped together. And the bedrooms are upstairs. It is very small compared to the price. Not like what was shown in the website. I have stayed in Indurrah Apartment at Porchester Place. For the same price i paid,Its nothing like Indurrah. The shower room is so small it wouldnt fit a huge person. And it is such a maze getting to your room. Having to go thru many doors and corridors. All in all, its not value for money. I would come back if its much cheaper.

    The "apartment" designation is a bit misleading. The wide angle pictures online are misleading. The space equals that of a small hotel room with a table crowded in where there really wasn't enough room. When the pull out "sofa" is opened already, as in our room, there is very little space to walk or store luggage without tripping over something. Room was too small for more than 2 adults, and a bit of a hike from the lobby. If you have no need for the cook top, the rest can be found for the same price in a nice hotel, plus you'll have access to 2 full beds. The one plus? It was a 2 block walk to the Tube station in a less "touristy" part of town. Check in London staff were very helpful and accommodating.

    Everything was good the only thing was upon my check in they did not have a twin bed room and I already requested in advance. The front desk told me to wait for awhile for the room to be ready so I waited for 3 hours and then asked them and they said no room until the next day, so I got a crammed room and then changed room the next day and got a twin spacious room. Some of the staff at the front desk were not very friendly, but overall service was good and clean.

    Excellent Choice. Perfect Location.. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenaged boys. We stayed in room 308 which is the quad studio apartment. Loved the location. Right behind Whiteley's shopping centre, 2 major tube stations, lots of buses, shops etc. Check-in was smooth and fast. Left our luggage to have breakfast nearby. Room was comfy, cosy, clean and large enough for my family. Bed and sofa bed comfortable. Bathroom clean. Housekeeping provided fresh towels every day. Complimentary first load laundry service was a lovely surprise. Laundry room in basement so you can send your clothes in the morning and collect later in the evening for about 4 or 5 per load. Free Wifi was definately a plus point. Unheard of in most hotels in the UK or Europe. So kudos to the management! Overall we enjoyed our stay and was sad that we had to leave. Definately worth what we paid for. The only flaw was having only one bathroom as there were 4 of us. Another separate WC would have helped. From the Internet booking, telephone follow up by this website, our stay and check-out....everything was done smoothly and professionally. Thank you! Will def stay here again!

    Great Location! . The 6 of us - 2 adults and 4 teenagers spent 9 nights at Grand Plaza. We took the 2 bedroom apartment and it is big enough for all of us. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and we did quite a lot of cooking for our family. The location of this property is just excellent. Very near to 2 underground stations - Bayswater & Queensway. Near to may shops - pharmacies, groceries stores, cafes, restaurants, etc. There's also a shopping mall just down the road. Very, very convenient! Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to muslim travellers because there are plenty of halal restaurants and groceries stores selling halal meats nearby.

    Room. The room was so much smaller compared to what was featured in the pictures. No directions given e.g on how to use the microwave, cooker.

    Great Apartment. We booked this apartment for a weekend away and it was great. Really good location, very quiet and reception staff were helpful. Only small niggle was that your head is a little too close to the ceiling light when you're in the shower! We would stay there again.

    Meh!. The room and building are very tired. The staff was very friendly but overwhelmed. Location was excellent, short walk to the tube stop.

    Great Place To Stay. Stayed in this apartment for 10 nights. Great service, clean, conveniently placed. Close to shops, food everwhere, short walk to tube (5 mnts to Bayswater, 8 mnts to Queensway). Will stay here again if going to London.

    Good Stay. The apartment is in a great location - very close to shops, restaurants and the underground. The souvenir shops which is just a few minutes away closed late and made it easy for us to buy last minute souvenirs and also spending our loose change before flying back.. The rooms were kept clean and stuff like bathroom toiletries, coffee and tea sachets were regularly replenished. Generally quite happy with the accommodation and would recommend it to friends.

    Good Stay. Apartment we were alloted was enjoyable although a little smaller than we expected. The laundry room was in the basement and it would have been nicer to have a washing machine in the apartment itself. Location was definitely a bonus.

    Hotel Style Apartments. I would definitely recommend these apartments for central london. we found it very easy to travel around the city from here and had a very comfortable stay. It did look very much like a hotel. Breakfast wasnt too exciting though.

    Location Was Perfect. The location recieves a thumbs up from me. The apartment itself was of a good quality and although it was nice to have a dishwasher, we were not able to figure out how it worked.

    Great Location. Grand plaza is in an excellent location in bayswater. The apartment was clean and the bathroom had good water pressure but the sofa bed wasnt very comfortable.
