Policies of Queensborough Terrace Studios

  • Cancellations / Amendments For cancellations received 7 days or more prior to arrival a full refund will be offered. For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay will apply.

    Once in house if you wish to shorten your booking to depart early, 7 days prior notice is required in order to obtain a partial refund of the outstanding nights beyond 7 days less a 15% cancellation fee. If you provide less than 7 days notice prior to your departure date no refund can be offered.

    After check in, any room changes or upgrades are subject to a £36 admin & cleaning fee.

Would you recommend this accommodation to others?: Yes Any comments about your stay: Very clean, has everything you need, great area, the only downside was that the front window doesn’t lock.
