Policies of Canary Wharf Apartments by Charles Hope

  • Cancellations / Amendments For 28-90 night stays: Cancellation notice must be received 7 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights' accommodation will be incurred.

    For 90-180 night stays: Cancellation notice must be received 14 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 14 nights' accommodation will be incurred.

    For 180+ night stays: Cancellation notice must be received 28 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 28 nights' accommodation will be incurred.

    Booking amendments are subject to the above cancellation terms and may result in a higher nightly charge being levied for any shortened booking than that for the original booking.

    Extensions are subject to availability. There may be a different nightly rate to apply to any extension period. An alternative property may be offered (subject to availability) if the original booked property is not available for extension period requested.

  • Security Deposit A credit/debit card pre-authorisation will be taken upon check-in for any incidentals during the guest's stay. The deposit is released back to the guest after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may incur during the guest’s stay.
  • Smoking There is a no smoking policy applicable in all apartments as well all public areas of the building.
