Policies of 49 Draycott Place Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments For stays up to 89 nights, notice of cancellation must be given 14 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 14 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.

    Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).

    For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.

    A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
  • Check-in From 16.00. Early Check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Check-out Before 10.00. Late Check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Extra Beds Extra bed on request (extra charge), Baby cots (extra charge)
  • Key Collection This is a self-service check-in property. Instructions and codes will be provided prior to arrival. A meet and greet service can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Security Deposit A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.

    Ecellent flat for our 6 week stay WiFi : 7/10 Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes Any comments about the apartment in particular? : This is in a great location close to Sloane Square, the tube, shopping, restaurants, cafes, etc. It is close to the hub of the area, but still very quiet. The apartment is very big by the location standards and very bright with large windows. I would definitely stay here again.

    Would you recommend Check-in-London to others? : Yes How was your booking experience with us? : I have used Check-in London before and am always impressed with their excellent customer service. While their competitors merely email you listings, Check-in London takes the time to listen and target their search. I had specifically requested a flat with large windows and Gavin went to the building, took photos and videos to send me of several of the units. I am very grateful for his assistance because the flat was perfect for our needs.

    The Apartment Has Everything We Needed. The apartment we stayed in was great and came with everything we needed from tea and coffee, towels, toiletries, tv, washing machine, internet. Couldnt really fault anything and will book this place again in the future. thanks for your assistance
