Chancery Lane Apartments are situated right next to Chancery Lane underground station, a few stops from Oxford Street, one of London's busiest shopping district. This neighbourhood has some striking period properties nestled in between new modern developments and is at the very tip of the historic "City of London" zone that has has some of the oldest buildings in the city. It has a mix of office blocks, educational insitutions and high street retail shops, and it is very easy to access the best of the West End as well as the financial districts around Fleet Street and St. Paul's Cathedral, from this base.

The Museum of London, Sir John Soane's Museum, Somerset House, The Barician and British Museum are some of the most popular sights nearby and you could also stroll towards the River Thames to enjoy some great riverside views of the city.  Around the corner are a nice selection of coffee shops, traditional pubs, stylish restaurants and a range of local convenience stores. Chancery Lane station is connected by the Central line on the tube network and is very easy to get to most parts of the city.

Policies of Chancery Lane Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments A full refund will be given where appropriate written notice of cancelling the booking has been received.
    For bookings less than 30 nights: 7 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 7 prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 night’s accommodation will be incurred.
    For bookings of 31 nights and more: 14 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 14 night’s accommodation will be incurred.
    Booking amendments are subject to the above cancellation terms and may result in a higher nightly charge being levied for any shortened booking than that for the original booking.
    Extensions are subject to availability. There may be a different nightly rate to apply to any extension period. An alternative property may be offered (subject to availability) if the original booked property is not available for extension period requested.

  • Check-in From 15:00 Check in can take place between 9:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday. For an early check-in to be guaranteed the apartment must be booked from the night before. For check-in on Public holidays, early morning or late nights - contact us for details.
  • Check-out Before 10:00 If the apartment is not vacated by 10:00 additional charges will apply. Late check-outs is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. On the day of departure please leave your keys as per the check-out instructions, if the keys are not returned at the check-out time or misplaced, additional charges will apply including the cost of replacement of locks.
  • Children Baby cots are available on request for an additional charge
  • Extra Beds Extra bed available on request for an additional charge.
  • Key Collection Meet and Greet service on arrival. Please advise your estimated time of arrival at the time of booking.
  • Other Use of the apartment for any illegal or immoral purpose or the use of any illegal substance is not permitted and will result in the booking being cancelled by the Company with no refund and the Guest having to depart immediately.
  • Payment For bookings less than 30 nights, full payment will be charged to your card at the time of booking. For bookings of 31 nights and more, a payment of one month's rent will be charged to your card at the time of booking. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival.
  • Pets No pets allowed
  • Security Deposit A security deposit will be required to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as below: For One Bedroom Apartments - £150.00 This will be refunded in full after departure.
  • Smoking There is a no smoking policy applicable in all apartments as well all public areas of the building.
