Colindale Apartments are located in north west London within 6 minutes' walk from Collindale Station (Northern Line) operating trains to central London in under 30 minutes. The M1 is a 5 minute drive away and  Mill Hill and Hendon are also nearby train stations. The building is set on a former aerodrome site and is close to the popular Royal Air Force Museum. Allianz Park and Wembley Stadium are closeby.

Brent Cross Shopping Centre is within easy reach and Tesco and Sainsbury are located about 2-4 minutes walk away.

Policies of Colindale Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Cancellations
    14 days’ or more notice of cancellation is required before check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
    Notice given within 14 days of check-in (or less than 14 days before arrival) will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given.
    For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’ notice has been given, so a charge of 9 nights will apply, i.e. 14-5 = 9.

    To shorten your stay, giving 14 days’ notice or more of your new, earlier check-out date will mean that you only pay up to the new and earlier departure date. If you give less than 14 days’ notice of your new, earlier departure, you’ll need to pay for 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given.
    For example, if check-out is on 30th September and notice to shorten and leave instead on 20th September is given on 10th September, then 10 days’ notice has been given, so a charge of 4 nights will apply, i.e. 14-10 = 4.
