Hammersmith Grove Apartments are situated in Hammersmith, a lively west London riverside neighbourhood with vibrant high street shops, traditional pubs, multi-cuisine restaurants.

They comprise of a selection of studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments dotted along a charming tree lined avenue within period properties typical of this area.

They are all fully furnished and include comfortable living spaces with a sofa and TV, a kitchen with integrated appliances, cookware and cutlery, dining table and chairs, free wireless internet, a washing machine, a relaxing bed with bed linen and towels and private tiled modern bathrooms.

Policies of Hammersmith Grove Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to arrival a full refund will be provided. This does not apply to non refundable rates.

    For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival a charge of 7 nights accommodation will apply and in case of bookings for less than 7 nights, a cancellation charge equal to the booking value will apply.

    Amendments: 7 nights notice is required to shorten a stay. Depending on the length of stay booked, the rate quoted may be subject to an increase if the length of stay is reduced.

  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Pets Pets allowed on request for an additional charge. Please contact us for details.
  • Security Deposit No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for a credit card pre authorisation upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.

Additional Information

Please note that the apartments are located in different buildings which are few minutes walking distance from Management Office. There is no lift at these buildings, assistance with the luggage can be provided on request.

    "Bad bits; Builders work next door at 8.00am every morning 6 days a week was really annoying. Double bed was not comfortable and on casters so it moved around a lot while you slept. Heating system was difficult to control and Apartment was really hot. One TV in the whole apartment! And really poor wifi... Good bits; safe and secure, amazing location, great kitchen, washing and drying facilities, spacious, comfortable and clean...Great staff!. Great service from the booking team, clear, simple efficient and available...Good job!"

    The Managing Agents were quick to respond to requests eg provision of a hair dryer, replacing faulty light bulbs. They provided an info pack with clear instructions about such essentials as operating the heating system, rubbish disposal and connecting to the internet as well as information about the area. The welcome pack of beverages (including real milk!) and nibbles was greatly appreciated, as was the provision of detergents for kitchen machines and sink. The agents' extended office hours made it easy to collect the keys to the flat.Customer service from Check-in-London was extremely prompt, reassuring and helpful.

    Just an issue with the towels. To few towels - exactly 3 towels for 3 people. There were no hand towels for us. The towels in the apartment need to be refreshed. The towels are extremely old. The towels is basically the only negative at the apartment.

    Cozy Furnishing And Clean Interiors. nicely kept apartments with cozy furnishing and clean interiors. it was easy to reach heathrow or central london and the spacious living areas made our stay even more comfortable. local shops provide ample choice for shopping and preparing meals ( although we ate out most of the time)

    Nice Home From Home Experience. we had a good stay, the walk from the station took a little longer than we expected but it was nice to have some shops steps away. the apartment looked well presented and had everything we needed. All in all great for a home away from home.
