  • Cancellations / Amendments Flexible Rate: For cancellations received more than 3 days prior to arrival a full refund will be provided. This does not apply to non refundable rates.

    For cancellations received less than 3 days prior to arrival a charge of 3 nights accommodation will apply and in case of bookings for less than 3 nights, a cancellation charge equal to the booking value will apply.

    Amendments: 3 nights notice is required to shorten a stay. Depending on the length of stay booked, the rate quoted may be subject to an increase if the length of stay is reduced.

    Non Refundable Rate: All reservations are non-refundable/non-amendable & non-cancellable. No refunds are issued for shortening/amending or cancelling of any confirmed booking.

  • Security Deposit No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.

    Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes
    Any comments about the apartment in particular? : I stayed for a month and was reluctant to leave!😄 Room & bathroom nicely designed, extremely clean, with everything you could possibly need to refrigerate & cook, VERY comfy bed, spacious, all of the staff were lovely and super helpful, I can’t rate this apart-hotel enough! Can’t wait to stay there again!😊

    Hammersmith is well connected by tube and is an attractive area. The apartment is well equiped (altough one extra easy chair would be a nice), it was quiet and the location is close to shops, restaurants and tube stations. Great service!
