The Hub Apartments are smart serviced flats located next to Harrow-on-the-Hill Station with high-spec interiors, contemporary fittings and integrated appliances in the open-plan modern kitchens.

From £1100 per week (Minimum stay 21 nights)

The apartments are set between the 3rd-8th floors and enjoy great city views of London. They also come with quality bed linen and towels, Smart TVs, underfloor heating, fast Wifi, washer dryers and a weekly cleaning service throughout your stay.

There are great range of on-site facilities like a gym, concierge, communal garden deck and secure undergound car park .

The property sits right opposite St. Ann's Shopping Centre which has a wide choice of retail outlets and restaurants. It is also really close to the St. George's Mall where you will find more shopping, entertainment and a cinema.

 A 10-15 minute drive away is the A40, the M1 and the M25. There are a few supermarkets nearby including Tesco, Sainsbury and Morrisons.

Policies of The Hub Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Cancellations
    14 days’ or more notice of cancellation is required before check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
    Notice given within 14 days of check-in (or less than 14 days before arrival) will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given.
    For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’ notice has been given, so a charge of 9 nights will apply, i.e. 14-5 = 9.

    Amendments
    To shorten your stay, giving 14 days’ notice or more of your new, earlier check-out date will mean that you only pay up to the new and earlier departure date. If you give less than 14 days’ notice of your new, earlier departure, you’ll need to pay for 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given.
    For example, if check-out is on 30th September and notice to shorten and leave instead on 20th September is given on 10th September, then 10 days’ notice has been given, so a charge of 4 nights will apply, i.e. 14-10 = 4.

  • Key Collection Meet and Greet service on arrival. The estimated time of arrival should be advised at the time of booking.

  • Security Deposit A security deposit of £250 is required at the time of booking. The security deposit must be made with a credit card and will be refunded on or after departure.
