Sleeps two but can accommodate up to three people with one extra bed (available on request free of charge) sleeping a third person. The apartment has one separate bedroom with a Queen size bed or King size bed , one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining room.

Standard Two Bedroom Apartment

The apartment is located on the Fourth Floor and sleeps four. It features one master bedroom with a Queen size bed, a second bedroom with a twin beds, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining room.
Superior Two Bedroom Apartment

Sleeps five. The apartment has two separate bedroom with a Queen size bed and twin beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining room.

Please Note: This apartment may be located on the 2nd and 3rd Floor.
Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment

Sleeps four but can accommodate up to five people with one extra bed (available on request free of charge) sleeping a fifth person. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with a Queen size bed and twin beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining room.

Please note: This apartment may be located on the ground (with outside patio area) and first floor (with balcony).
Three Bedroom Penthouse Apartment

Sleeps six but can accommodate up to seven people with one extra foldaway bed (available on request free of charge) sleeping a seventh person. The apartment has three separate bedrooms with King size beds, Queen size beds and twin beds (an additional child’s bed can be provided, if required), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining room. This apartment also features direct entry from the lift.

Cancellations / Amendments Notification of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be liable for 100% of the stay, unless the apartment can be re-let. After Check-in 14 days’ notice is required for any reduction on the stay, or 100% charges will apply.

For bookings from 20th June to 15th September 2018
Notification of cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival date and subject to re-letting on a short notice. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will be liable for 100% of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let. Please note, that the one week deposit paid at the time of the booking is non-refundable.

This authorisation is NOT DEBITED, the amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
Lost keys are subject to a charge of up to £320.00.
Smoking All apartments have a No Smoking policy. This policy covers the burning/smoking of all substances in our apartments, including incense. The property reserves the right to charge a penalty for non-compliance.
