LAK Serviced Apartments in Kensington offer a stylish home away from home in a popular London neighbourhood with easy connections and plenty of amenities on your doorstep.

  • Cancellations / Amendments Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the full cost of the stay. Notice of cancellation received more than 14 days prior to the arrival date a full refund will be provided.

  • Pets No pets allowed.
  • Security Deposit A security deposit will be required at the time of booking to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as below:
    For Studio and One Bedroom Apartments - £150.00
    For Two Bedroom Apartments - £250.00
    This will be refunded in full, once the apartment has been inspected and within a maximum of 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.

    Review Title : London stay - 18/10 - 1/11/2023 WiFi : 9/ 10 Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes Any comments about the apartment in particular? : Apartment was super clean and modern. Just a few comments about the bathroom - grab bars in tub and rubber strips in tub would have been a good idea. Also supply of towels was chintzy - one hand towel and one washcloth for 2 guests? There was a problem on our last day (Oct 31st). Returned home to find that we were locked out of the apartment. However, called the emergency number and someone came within 10 minutes to give us a new door code. Would you recommend Check-in-London to others? : Yes How was your booking experience with us? : I was totally impressed with your agency’s prompt reply to my e-mails. Even though we were totally familiar with the neighborhood having stayed on the same street a number of times in the past, Gavin’s telephone call to make sure that the neighborhood would suit our needs was a total surprise and greatly appreciated!

Apartment felt like a home away from home. High quality appliances in like new condition; apartment was well maintained and impeccably clean.

    Review Title : Great Place ! and Excellent Location ! WiFi : 10 Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes Any comments about the apartment in particular? : We loved the apartment as it had all the things we needed i.e. fridge/stove/washer/dryer/dishwasher, utensils etc. Also everything was in almost new condition and not worn out or oversused. Our Hostess Mirella was excellent too. She was there to receive and introduce us to the room. Also the 24 hour in-house management was nice. When we had questions we could either phone or go down one floor to the office. It was exactly like the pictures we saw. We were three people sharing the One Bedroom Apartment. Ideally very good for two. Would you recommend Check-in-London to others? : Yes How was your booking experience with us? : Booking experience was awesome. Mr. Booker was very good and made us feel comfortable before we even arrived. His responses to my emails, etc. were very quick. As soon as we had confirmed our booking the Check in Team sent us a letter with Important information. We were very happy with everything and will definitely rebook whenever we come back to London

No matter what the temperature outside, the building seemed to be generating heat. For this reason the Cleanilness and Comfort score was not higher.     Great location, air conditioning, very clean, duty managers *very* quick, helpful and supportive. This is a value add that airbnb cannot provide. Air conditioning was key for us. We found great location, very clean and great duty manager support, great bonuses!

    In an excellent location (walk to Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, Harrods, Victoria & Albert Museum; or walk for 2 minutes to Gloucester Rd Station and catch the tube anywhere else), our basic studio apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was quiet and surprisingly spacious! Our special deal made it excellent value for money, and the prompt refund of our deposit was a bonus! . Melisa's helpful and professional service meant we had no worries about our London accommodation. She delivered everything the website promised - would definitely use this service again.
