    Sleeps six but can accommodate up to seven people with one extra sofa bed (available on request for an additional charge) sleeping a seventh person. The apartment is on the top floor and has three separate bedrooms, double beds, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining room. The apartment is spread over two levels and also features two private balconies and plenty of storage space. Twin beds is possible in one of the bedrooms.

  • Large Studio Apartment
    Sleeps two but can accommodate up to three people with one extra sofa bed (available on request for an additional charge) sleeping a third person. The apartment is more spacious than a Small Studio Apartment and has a combined living and sleeping area, king size beds, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Policies of Basil Street Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments If the booking is cancelled up to 28 days before the date of arrival, a full refund of the booking value will be provided. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival – or in case of no-show, a charge equal to the full value of the booking will apply.
  • Cards Accepted American Express, MasterCard, Visa.
  • Check-in From 15:00
  • Check-out Before 10:00
  • Children Baby cots (on request free of charge)
  • Extra Beds Extra foldaway bed available (on request for an additional charge).
  • Key Collection Key collection is possible between 9:30 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours and on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays, keys can be collected from a key safe box. Please advise us of your time of arrival in advance.

    Upon check-in in, you will be asked to sign an agreement.

  • Payment Full payment and security deposit is charged at the time of booking. After your booking is confirmed you must provide a copy of the passport/ID of the lead guest staying.
  • Pets Pets not allowed.
  • Security Deposit A security deposit will be required to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as below:

    For Studio and One Bedroom Apartments - £300.00.

    For Two and Three Bedroom Apartments - £400.00.

    This will be refunded in full after departure once the apartment is inspected.
