  • Cancellations / Amendments Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation charge of £250.00. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total stay.

    Amendments will be subject to the cancellation policy. Extensions will be subject to availability and advance payment.

Bookings made less than 20 days require full payment to confirm the reservation. After your booking is confirmed you must provide a copy of the passport/ID of the lead guest staying.
  • Security Deposit A holding deposit of £250.00 is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 14 days after departure.
  • Smoking This apartment operates a strict no smoking policy.
