  • Cancellations / Amendments Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival, before 12 pm will be offered a full refund.

    Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation charge.

    For example:
    If a stay was cancelled and just 5 days notice was given (instead of the 14 days required per the policy) the penalty would be 9 nights.

    I had a problem getting into the apartment on arrival as it was out of hours. The key instructions were totally inadequate and the emergency call number did not answer. I had to get help from the hairdressers next door and spent $28 on international roaming charges (I did not have a local sim card yet) and it took several hours for someone to come from Globe Apartments to show me how to get in. It was very frustrating and annoying and embarrassing having to get help from next door. The apartment was also not cleaned perfectly with black hair on the bathroom floor and sink (I am blonde).Chrystall was very efficient in answering all my emails and requests.

    Chiltern Street Apartment. The location is good and central, convenient for Oxford Street shopping. The one bedroom flat we had is bright and pleasant. The only complaint is the bathroom is very small and out of date. We might consider to stay there again.
