Policies of 6-8 St Christophers Place Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival, before 12 pm will be offered a full refund.

    Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation charge.

    For example:
    If a stay was cancelled and just 5 days notice was given (instead of the 14 days required per the policy) the penalty would be 9 nights.

  • Key Collection Self check in details provided prior to arrival. Please advise us of your arrival time.
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Security Deposit A security deposit of £250.00 is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.

    The location was excellent, but the fixtures and fittings need a little work. The staircase up to the apartment was poorly lit and the front door difficult to open. The shower was both noisy (banging) and feeble and several light bulbs were not working. The apartment had everything I needed for a short stay, but I fear it would not work well for two plus months. I would rate this as a 7. Would you recommend Check-in-London: Yes
