    No cancellation fees apply provided cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Once within 14 days of the arrival date, booking is fully non-refundable and non transferable. In case of cancellation more than 14 days prior to the arrival a full refund will be provided.

    Summer Bookings - Stays during June to August: In case of cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival a 25% charge applies. In case of cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival full charge applies.

    Special Offer Non-refundable rates:
    No cancellations or changes are possible once confirmed. No refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows and early departures.

    (b) All contents, utensils and appliances are left in a perfectly clean and working condition.
    (c) If dry cleaning or steam cleaning is required to furnishings and carpets after departure an appropriate amount will be deducted.
    (d) All broken, missing or soiled items on the inventory are replaced or relevant costs paid.

    Any comments about the apartment in particular? : We had two identical two bed apartments both were very clean and very comfortable. A little problem with tripped electrical circuit was sorted very quickly by friendly staff. Could do with some kitchen scissors.

The staff is wonderful, from Senior Management to the lovely cleaning crew. The location left us thoroughly spoilt. The decor could use an update but overall was well presented, clean and comfortable. If only they had a gym. When I finally came across Check-In London after googling London flat lets for the zillionth time, a real human named Gavin provided genuinely helpful, old-fashioned service and ultimately wound up finding us the perfect place to stay.     Arlington Apartments offers spacious accommodations in the heart of central London’s best district SW1A. The units are well appointed with the latest technology and allows a long term business stay to work from home, cook at home and be comfortable. Because of the ample space of the units, it is perfect for a single businessman or family stay while sorting out company business needs in London. We found our ability to walk to most office locations, attractions and restaurants invaluable in making our long term stay a pleasant and stress free. The apartment staff is both attentive to your needs and available 24/7 to help in virtually any situation. The location is both quiet, peaceful and accessible for taxi and uber to the close by business centers in all directions. The location right next to Green Park allows ample fresh air and exercise as well. I would endorse Arlington house for all my long term and short term Corporate stays while in London. Thanks to Check in London for securing a higher floor unit and helping me choose the most suitable option.

    No soap supplied When I requested I’ve been told you have to pay for the soap and no tissue in the living room no tissue in the bedroom It is not about the money but inconvenience this is basic. Our standard is that bathroom amenities are only provided on arrival as a welcome amenity. We only supply tissues in the bathroom . However, we value all feedback from our guests and as a result we will review this procedure.     Clean, friendly, lots of space and great location. Any comments about your stay: These serviced apartments were amazing for our family. Clean, bright, with tons of room. And you cannot beat the location—right on Green Park. The front staff were very kind and helpful. Bathrooms were renovated and the kitchen had all the facilities. Even in our 1-bedroom we had 2 bathrooms. Soundproofing was good—I never heard any sounds from the neighbors. The only drawback was that you can’t use the courtyard, but I suppose it keeps the noise down. Would you recommend Check-in-London to others?: Yes

    A very pleasant experience. Very nice staff who were extremely helpful and attentive. Apartment spacious and well-appointed, clean, with all required equipment in the kitchen. Excellent location and surprisingly quiet.Comprehensive and easy to navigate well-designed website. Competitive rates. Extremely attentive and helpful personnel dealing with our bookings (we had two from same company) and special needs of one family.     I would recommend as the 2 bedroom apartment we had was comfortable, clean and set out very well. One problem we had was getting locked out on the balcony as there was. No outside handle on the door and the wind caught it, lucky we had mobile phone out there and we were able to call the porter. What is needed is customer service (badly). After sending an email a while ago stating my flight landed at 6am therefore if an apartment was ready early that would be good, but no - very tired/very hot our apartment was ready at 3.30pm !!! Like I said apartment nice. Used previously. I am not sure if my email about early arrival went to check- in London. If so maybe it wasn't passed on to Arlington Hse

    Excellent spacious apartment with all mordern amenities and close to mayfair and other cenrtal areas of London. The staff needs to be more responsive to the customer compalints as our AC in one of the bedrooms stopped working on Sat and they could not fix it saying its the weekend. Its an expensive apartment as such they need to get their service right .

    the reception people not friendly at all. they need to gear up. they did not make us feel welcome at all. as if they were not bothered. i also believe you should have the basics like fresh towels and kitchen cleaned everyday. even if u have to charge extra 10 pounds in the rate itself. lastly if there are 6 or 8 individuals in the apartment then there should be wifi code for all of them.

    It is a very nice place to stay whilst in London. Very well furnished and equipped flat. Only downside is whilst everything is five star and staff is friendly, they change towels / linen only once a week. For the rates that is charged, towels/ linen needs to be changed everyday or at least every alternative days. Also, no maid service on weekends and holidays, which is a dampner. For the rates and rating that these Apartments have, in addition to the above, it would help if free Wi-Fi is also provided. Save for these 3 observations, the Apartments are wonderful, and I would repeat staying here.

    Fabulous Apartment In Best Location. We absolutely loved Arlington House and thought that not only were the apartments super luxurious, the location one block from the Ritz Hotel and near Green Park and St. James Park was the best.     Good Service And Location. We had a very pleasant stay during the Olympics period. The receptionist/doormen were very helpful and the property was properly maintained. The location is also very convenient. It is just 2 minutes walk to the Green Park tube station and there are always taxi available downstairs.

    Arlington House Studio Apartment Review. Arlington House in Arlington St is in a fabulous location off Piccadilly and it is close to Green Park tube. Apartment 3A is relatively spacious (especially the kitchen and bathroom) and is very comfortable. The apartment is well-appointed and well-equipped with Miele kitchen and laundry appliances. It was a very hot weekend and the air-conditioning was very effective. It would be good if the bathroom had more hooks and handles to hang items. Also, hand soap in the kitchen and a blow dryer in the bathroom would be helpful. The briefing information should advise the customers that only soap is provided as toiletries.
