Policies of COMO Metropolitan Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments If you cancel more than 28 days prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the 20% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel less than 28 days prior to arrival you will be charged for the full value of the booking.
  • Check-in From 16:00. Check-in is at the reception of the Metropolitan Hotel. After checking in you will be taken to your apartment which will be situated on Hertford Street or Brick Street.
  • Check-out Before 10:00
  • Children Children under 16 years old can stay for free. Baby cots available
  • Extra Beds Extra foldaway bed available (extra charge)
  • Key Collection 24 hour reception
  • Payment A 20% non-refundable deposit will be charged to your card at the time of booking. The remaining 80% will be charged to your card 28 days prior to arrival. For long stays, a month's rent will be taken in advance at the beginning of each month.
  • Security Deposit A security deposit is payable on arrival. This will depend on the length of stay and apartment type booked.

    "internet is not fast and many time goes off its not an apartments its more like a hotel rooms as there is no kitchen or watching machine . "
