Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total stay. Amendments will be subject to the cancellation policy. Extensions will be subject to availability and advance payment.

  • Security Deposit A security deposit of £250.00 is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking This apartment operates a strict no smoking policy.
