Paddington Green Apartments are great value studio apartments next to Edgware Road Station, just north of Paddington in the city centre.

The apartments overlook a peaceful green square and are clean and fully self-contained with all the comforts of home. They have double beds, bed linen and towels, flatscreen TVs, a kitchenette for self-catering, wooden flooring and quality furnishings throughout. You also have your very own bathroom and some apartments even feature a private balcony.

The building offers guests access to a laundry room and 24/7 emergency assistance.

Free wireless internet and weekly cleaning is provided and all bills are included during your stay.

Many local shops, eateries, cafes and supermarkets are located within a two minute walk.

Policies of Paddington Green Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments For cancellations received 7 days or more prior to arrival a full refund will be offered. For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay will apply.

    Once in house if you wish to shorten your booking to depart early, 7 days prior notice is required in order to obtain a partial refund of the outstanding nights beyond 7 days less a 15% cancellation fee. If you provide less than 7 days notice prior to your departure date no refund can be offered.

    After check in, any room changes or upgrades are subject to a £36 admin & cleaning fee.

  • Key Collection Self check in details provided prior to arrival. Please advise us of your arrival time.
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Security Deposit No security deposit taken, however you will be responsible for any damages to the apartment during your stay.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.

    The flat was very modern and clean. Location close to tube station. The bed was awful! Concrete hard!!!! The internet did not work most of my stay and no discount was given.I just think that the customer service could have been more solution orientated towards guests staying there.

    Well Decorated Apartment. We had a nice view of the park and found the apartment quite new and modern. The bathroom was a little compact. it would have been nice to have a kettle for tea and coffee.
