Policies of Richmond Bridge Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments 2 weeks written notice is required prior to arrival to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Should less than two weeks be given then the penalty fee payable is the shortfall in the number of nights notice given, i.e 10 nights notice given then the penalty fee incurred will be 4 nights.

    Please note that this cancellation policy also applies to amendments which shorten the booking.

  • Key Collection Self check in details will be sent prior to arrival. Please note there is no reception or luggage storage facilities on site.
  • Payment Full payment will be charged to your card 14 days prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights, monthly payment can be arranged after the first month. All bookings will be provisionally held and only confirmed 14 days prior to check-in date.
  • Security Deposit Security deposit will vary depending on your length of stay.
