    Sleeps two and has seperate bedroom with a king size bed, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area spread over two levels.

Policies of 36 St Martins Lane Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments A cancellation charge will not apply and a full refund will be given where the appropriate notice, as follows: Stay of 7-30 nights = 7 days’ notice required. Stay of 31 nights or more = 14 days’ notice required. Should you fail to provide the appropriate notice, the cancellation charge that will be applied is inversely proportional to the amount of notice given. For example: Where 7 days’ notice = no charge, 6 days’ notice = 1 night charge, 5 days’ notice = 2 night charge, and so on.

  • Security Deposit A security deposit will be required to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as below:
    For Studio and One Bedroom Apartments - £150.00
    For Two and Three Bedroom Apartments - £250.00
    This will be refunded in full after departure.
