    1-6 Nights: 3 days notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 50% of booking value penalty fee

    7-28 Nights: 1 week notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 7 nights penalty fee

    29+ Nights: 3 weeks notice prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 14 nights penalty fee

    Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival.

  • Check-out Before 10:00

    Keys to be left inside the apartment or safe box

  • Key Collection Meet & Greet service to be arranged on arrival. Please let us know your time of arrival.
  • Payment Full payment will be charged to your card at the time of booking. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival.

    For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.

  • Pets By prior arrangements, guests are welcome to be accompanied by their pets during their stay at STAY&CO apartments. The following non-refundable charges will apply:

    1-28 night stay: One off fee of GBP 150 exclusive of all applicable taxes

    29+ night stay: Weekly fee of GBP 35 exclusive of all applicable taxes

  • Security Deposit A security/cautionary deposit is required to be collected from all guests staying at STAY&CO apartments. The deposit amount varies depending on the length of stay as follows:

    1-14 night stay – GBP 250 inclusive of all taxes

    15+ night stay – Amount equivalent to first week of booking value, inclusive of all taxes

    The same is pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card and is fully released at the end of the guest stay provided that no damages or losses have occurred to the apartment.
