Policies of Fraser Residence Blackfriars

  • Cancellations / Amendments For stays of 1-27 nights, no cancellation charge if notice of cancellation is given 48 hours prior to arrival. If notice of cancellation is given less than 48 hours prior to arrival then the following cancellation charge applies:

    1 nights' stay for bookings of less than 7 nights
    3 nights' stay for bookings between 7-27 nights

    For stays of 28 nights or more, no cancellation charge if notice of cancellation is given 7 days prior to arrival. If notice of cancellation is given less than 7 days prior to arrival then the following cancellation charge applies:

    7 nights' stay for bookings of less than 28-83 nights
    14 nights' stay for bookings between 84+ nights

    No Shows will be subject to the above mentioned cancellation period. Any extension of the stay is subject to availability of the required apartment. Any price change due to early departure will be applied retroactively starting from the initial arrival date.
  • Check-in From 16:00

    An extra charge applies for early check-in and late check-out. In the event of early arrival, to guarantee immediate access to the apartment upon arrival, please pre-register the reservation from the night prior to arrival.
  • Check-out Before 11:00
  • Key Collection Self check-in details will be emailed after booking.
  • Payment Full payment is charged at the time of booking. After your booking is confirmed you must provide a copy of the passport/ID of the lead guest staying.
  • Security Deposit Your card will be pre-authorised upon arrival to cover against any damages or breakages.
  • Smoking No smoking
