  • Standard One Bedroom Apartment
    Sleeps two but can accommodate up to four people with one extra sofa bed (available on request for an extra fee per night) sleeping a third and a fourth person. The apartment has a separate bedroom, double beds, one shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area.

Policies of Priory House Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments For stays of less than 1 month - notice is required 1 week prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 1 week's accommodation. For stays of 1 month and over - notice is required 2 weeks prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges equal to 2 week's accommodation. In the case of a no-show - cancellation charges equal to 2 week's accommodation will be charged.

    If a special or reduced rate has been agreed for a long term booking of over 60 nights we reserve the right to charge the full published rate back dated to the start of the booking if notice is given to leave early, even if notice is given within the time frames specified above.

    Extensions: 14 days written notice is required for an extension to the reserved check-out date. This will be strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An alternative apartment may be offered if the apartment that was initially booked is unavailable for all or any part of the extension period.

  • Check-in From 14:00

    Early check-in or Late check-out may be possible on request for an additional fee but is subject to availability.

    Please note there is no lift at this property.

  • Key Collection Meet & greet service during office hours (except bank holidays) or self check in details will be provided prior to arrival. Please let us know your time of arrival.
  • Payment Full payment will be charged to your card 20 days prior to arrival. For stay of 30+ nights payment for the first month will be due 20 days prior to arrival. Further months, or any part thereof, will be invoiced on a monthly basis 20 days prior to the due date. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival.
  • Security Deposit A security deposit will be required to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as below:
    For Studio and One Bedroom Apartments - £150.00
    For Two and Three Bedroom Apartments - £250.00
    This will be refunded in full after departure.
