  • Cancellations / Amendments Cancellations confirmed in writing before 11am, 14 days prior to arrival are offered a full refund.

    Cancellations confirmed anytime after 11am and less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the number of days short of of the 14 day notice period (e.g. 5 days’ notice = 9-night charge).

    Reducing your stay after confirming your booking may result in a higher nightly rate, payable immediately.

    No Refunds for Non-Arrivals.

    Extensions are subject to availability.

    The same policy applies for amendments.
