Policies of Dolphin Square Corporate Living

  • Cancellations / Amendments 28+ night’s stay - 15 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation, a charge of 15 nights will be applied. For early termination same cancellation policy will apply.

    90+ night’s stay - No cancellation for the first 90 nights 1 month payment in advance + £250.00 dilapidation deposit or letter of guarantee. 30 days written notice is required for extension. Tenancy Agreements to be signed.

    The flat had a lot of space for London accommodations. Help desk was really no help. It is an old building so there were maintenance issues. It was ok
