Description


Staycity Birmingham Newhall Square is located in the historic Jewellery Quarter in the city centre surrounded by plenty of things to see and do from bars and restaurants to cultural hotspots.

The apartments range from studios to one and two bedroom apartments and come with air-conditioning, self-catering facilities, hypnos mattresses for a comfy sleep and practical living areas to relax or work. Each apartment also has a private modern bathroom with a shower, free wireless internet, bed linen and towels and wardrobe space for a short or long stay.

Weekly housekeeping is provided once a week and parking is also available on-site for an extra charge.

The building has a 24 hour reception and a fully equipped gym. 

There is a Staycafé open 24/7 and serves a grab and go breakfast, snacks and pizzas, freshly ground coffee, bottled beer, cider, wine and soft drinks.

Birmingham New Street Station is an 8 minute walk away. International Convention Centre is within walking distance and Aston Villa FC and Cadbury World are a short ride away. Birmingham Airport is also accessible by train.

Policies of Staycity Birmingham Newhall Square

  • Cancellations / Amendments Cancellations / Amendments

    Where cancellation notice is given ahead of the below notice periods, a full refund is due. 

    Up to 13 nights - 72 hours prior to 12 pm on the check in date. 
    14 to 28 nights - 7 days prior to 12 pm on the check in date.
    28 to 89 Nights - 14 days prior to 12 pm on the check in date. 
    90 plus Nights - 21 days prior to 12 pm on the check in date. 

    Where cancellation or amendment notices are given later than the above periods, a cancellation charge applies. 

    For example: 
    If a stay was booked for 20 nights and just 5 days’ notice was given (instead of the 7 days required per the policy) the penalty would be 2 nights. 

    If a stay was booked for 90 nights and just 3 days’ notice was given (instead of the 21 days required per the policy) the penalty would be 18 nights.

    A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
  • Check-in From 15:00. Easy online check-in is available so all you have to do is pick up your key on arrival.
  • Check-out Before 11:00. You can add late check-out by the hour to your booking for an additional charge.
  • Children Complimentary cots and high chairs are available
  • Extra Beds Sofa beds available
  • Key Collection 24 hour reception
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
