New Safety Measures

(Available in selected properties)

Many of our properties have stayed open throughout this pandemic and have implemented rigourous changes to all their services to keep their staff and guests safe and healthy. Some of these are:

Building procedures:

  • Social distancing will be promoted
  • Hands-free sanitisers will be available
  • New hygiene guidelines on display
  • Temprature checks for new arrivals, contractors and employees
  • Staff wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Additional cleaning of the property 
  • Restricted access to properties – doors closed at all times
  • Reception areas are being fitted with plexiglass protection
  • Enhanced technology solutions to further increase current high cleanliness standards

Apartment procedures:

  • Sanitisation of keys prior to Check-in hand over and after Check-out collection
  • Contact-free Self Check-in procedures in place or Meet and Greet provided adhering to social distancing guidelines with PPE.
  • "No contact" weekly service clean where guests vacate the apartment to minimise contact with cleaning staff
  • Option to opt-out of weekly clean with contact-free delivery of linen, towels and any consumables
  • Extra cleaning of high touch items
  • Cleaning staff to wear PPE
  • Cleaning equipment to to included appropriate disinfectants
  • Versan is being sprayed (a broad Spectrum Disinfectant for Disease Control) in the apartments with a specialised spraying device before the weekly clean and departure clean
  • Linen and towels supplied are laundered at government regulated tempratures during each weekly clean and after departure

Cleanliness and Safety for Serviced Apartments


Amenities/Facilities procedures:

  • Breakfast buffets (where available) are closed but ‘grab and go’ is available at most properties 
  • Gym facilities and swimming pool (where available) have been temporarily closed
  • Laundry facilities are still open, but this has been limited to one person at a time


Covid Accreditations

Some properties have recieved accreditations for their Covid safety procedures from independent tourism and hospitality bodies that are ensuring the respective Government and public health guidance is being followed by the accommodation providers and that they have the required processes in place to minimise risk for staff and guests. Quarantine package

(Available in selected properties)

We can also offer a selection of properties that are providing a safe, stress-free accommodation solution and service to those needing to self-isolate for quarantine purposes whilst travelling for work due to government guidelines.

Included in the package:

  • Fully self-contained apartments with full privacy for 14 days
  • Private kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities
  • Contactless Check-in and Check-out arrangements in place
  • Welcome Pack on arrival with food essentials (milk, tea, coffee, bread, margarine, fresh fruit, eggs, fruit juice, store cupboard staples such as pasta, rice and cereal)
  • 14 days' linen, towels and housekeeping essentials placed within the apartment or delivered contact-free to door
  • Grocery collect service for nominal cost
  • Home office furniture available
  • Unlimited Wi-Fi for working from home
  • 24/7 emergency support helpline
  • Guaranteed extension on same rate if deemed essential
