Policies of Rathbone Street Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments For stays up to 89 nights, notice of cancellation must be given 14 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 14 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.

    Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).

    For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.

    A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
  • Check-in From 14.00. Early Check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Check-out Before 11.00. Late Check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Children Baby cots and high chairs (on request)
  • Extra Beds Air mattress can be provided
  • Key Collection Self check in details provided prior to arrival. Please advise us of your arrival time.
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after availability is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival.
    For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.


  • Security Deposit A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.

    Rathbone Street Apartments

    I would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting a spot close to our office. The features in the apartment, radiant heat, high end appliances, and size of the closet. It appears to have been recently renovated with a nice bathroom with one of the largest showers I have ever had in any place I have stayed in London. There were 2 downsides to this apartment which was being on the 2nd to top floor with no lift which was only really problematic when arriving and leaving with large suitcases for a month stay. The other downside was the noise, but good earplugs took care of that easily. Would you recommend Check-in-London to others? : Yes Any comments about our service... : Your service is great, and I have referred Check-in-London to colleagues traveling to London for extended periods.
