Set within within a handsome red-brick building ranging from two and three bedroom residences, each apartment is designed to be a comfortable and relaxing base and features spacious open-plan living areas, engineered hardwood floors, underfloor heating, custom-designed kitchens with integrated appliances, dining space, high quality beds and ample storage. All apartments benefit from access to outside space, either via a balcony, roof terrace or patio, with landscaped external areas.

Wifi is included as standard and there is a weekly cleaning service provided as well. A gated bike rack is also on-site.

Putney Bridge underground station is a 10-minute walk away (0.6 miles) and Parsons Green underground station is an 8-minute walk away (0.4 miles).

Policies of Hestercombe Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments For stays up to 89 nights, notice of cancellation must be given 14 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 14 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.

    Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).

    For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.

    A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
  • Check-in From 16.00. Early Check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Check-out Before 10.00. Late Check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Children Baby cots (extra charge), High chairs (extra charge)
  • Key Collection This is a self-service check-in property. Instructions and codes will be provided prior to arrival. A meet and greet service can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Pets Not allowed.
  • Security Deposit A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.
