Peterson House Apartments are luxuriously appointed short term apartments in Mayfair ranging from one and two bedroom layouts set within a beautiful period building in the heart of central London.

Each apartment is designed to a high standard and feature bright and airy living spaces, large windows and high ceilings, herringbone timber flooring, open plan living and dining areas, comfy sofas and SMART TVs and custom-designed kitchens with high-spec appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom offer a relaxing calm space to relax with built-in wardrobes and top quality beds and bathrooms have a bath or walk-in shower and modern tiling.

There is 24 hour guest support via phone, daily cleaning and complimentary Wi-Fi included throughout your stay.

Policies of Peterson House Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments For stays up to 89 nights, notice of cancellation must be given 14 days’ prior to arrival. Where the notice of cancellation given is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge will be applied equivalent to 14 days rental or the total cost of the stay, whichever is the lower.

    Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).

    For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.

    A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately. Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
  • Check-in From 16.00. Early Check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Check-out Before 10.00. Late Check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Children Baby cots (extra charge), High chairs (extra charge)
  • Key Collection This is a self-service check-in property. Instructions and codes will be provided prior to arrival. A meet and greet service can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival. For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Pets No pets
  • Security Deposit A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.
