  • Cancellations / Amendments

    If a room reservation is cancelled, with such cancellation confirmed in writing by email by the Company or Agents prior to the Cancellation Deadline, no charge shall apply.

    -Up to 14 Night duration: 7 days prior to arrival to avoid 7 nights’ penalty fee.

    -15 – 27 Night duration: 15 days prior to arrival date to avoid 15 nights’ penalty fee.

    -28 + night duration: 28 days prior to arrival date to avoid 28 nights’ penalty fee.
     

    Early Departure:
    Should the guest depart earlier than expected, termination charges are applicable. Any amendments to your stay including terminations are required in writing by email.

    -Up to 14 Night duration: 7 days notice from check-in time to avoid 7 nights’ penalty fee.

    -15 – 27 Night duration: 15 days notice from the check-in time to avoid 15 nights’ penalty fee.
