Before you are ready to confirm a booking, we can help answer any questions you have about a specific apartment, arrange for you to view the apartment in person or virtually, negotiate preferential rates and clarify terms or policies applicable.

3. Confirm the booking

Once you are ready to book, confirming your reservation is easy with our flexible payment solutions. Choose to complete your booking with a credit card via a secure one-click payment link or a bank transfer. For corporate bookers, we offer credit facilities, subject to approval.

You will receive a detailed booking confirmation email after payment has been processed and your special requests will be communicated to the property managers by our team.

4. Prior to arrival

A few days prior to arrival, we will contact you with any pre-arrival instructions and the key collection process.

Different serviced apartments have different check-in procedures when it comes to key collection and could vary from a 24 hour reception to a Meet and Greet service to a Self check-in using a key safe on-site .

5. During your stay

Once you check-in, you will be looked after by the guest services team of our apartment partners.   But, unlike some other companies, we don’t just disappear if you need any assistance. We maintain close direct relationships with the management of all the serviced apartments we work with and we are here to support you if you need to escalate any issues or complaints.

6. Check-Out
