    Sleeps eight people. The apartment has four separate bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms and one guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining room. The apartment also features breathtaking views of Hyde Park.

  • Cancellations / Amendments Notification of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be liable for 100% of the stay, unless the apartment can be re-let. After Check-in 14 days’ notice is required for any reduction on the stay, or 100% charges will apply.

    For bookings from 24th June to 7th September 2017
    Notification of cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival date and subject to re-letting on a short notice. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will be liable for 100% of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let. Please note, that the one week deposit paid at the time of the booking is non-refundable.

    For stays of 30+ Nights
    Notification of cancellation is required 30 days’ prior to arrival date and subject to re-letting on a short notice.   • Security Deposit On arrival a security deposit will be pre-authorised from the cardholder’s account to cover against any incidental breakages or damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as per below:
    One Bedroom £300.00; Two Bedroom £800.00; Three Bedroom £1000.00; Four Bedroom Penthouse £2000.00
    This authorisation is NOT DEBITED, the amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
    Lost keys are subject to a charge of up to £320.00.

  • Smoking All apartments have a no smoking policy. This policy covers the burning/smoking of all substances in our apartments, including incense. The property reserves the right to charge a penalty for non-compliance.

    lovely flat; 2 rooms+living room with kitchenet. very comfortable' clean and well furnished for a family 2 adults+2 grown up children +baby/ good location,near to tube station, near to kensington high st.holand park, hyde park. supermarket tesco next door building/i certeinly recomend for a holyday stay in london/

    Excellent overall!just slight problem of no parking or stoping area for our van transporting us and our luggages .Special mention for Yasir who checked us in early after our very early arrival to cold n windy London' and even ensured that the room is already nice and warm.nice touch!!

    Hi We had a wonderful time in Fountainhouse. Only feedback I have is that the sofa bed in the lounge did not work as promised. We were there for 2 weeks and were told that it would be repaired but it was not utilized as a sofa bed until we left on the weekend. Regards,

    Disappointed, Yet Had A Great Time In London. - location of appartments is excellent and probably one of the best in London. - Apprtment standards was far below the photos posted at the site. - Service level is below avrage. - Esential equipments like kitchen water heater and hair dryer were not there and had to be requested and waited for. - Safety box wes out of order upon arrival. - There are seriuos safaty issues and waht is even worse is denieal and ignorance of the appartments management to deal with them. - I spent 2 nights and part of a 3rd one without electrcity due to small fire at one of the bathrooms electrical wiring. - Although the appatment is equiped with two bathrooms, only one was opperational creating a lot of inconvenience for a family of six having to share one bathroom. - Appatment management was noe cooprative and defensive againest all my coments and complains dismissing part and blaiming me for the other part!! - Aside from the above, London was beatiful and the family and I had great time there. We will be there againa but it is unlikely that I will come back to the same appartments.

    Standard 3 Bedroom. We booked the standard 3 bedroom apartment..it was perfect except for the hot weather specially at nitght although we were in london during september. We liked our stay there and we booked the apartment through check-in-london.com. There was someone at the entrance as a receptionist they were really helpful when ever u needed them. The fact that the apartment was serviced daily was really great and u dont have to worry about cleaning. Hope to stay there again.

    Fountain House Apartment, Lancaster Terrace, London.. We stayed in a 3 bedroom Fountain House Apartment at Lancaster Terrace (opposite Hyde Park) for 7 nights. The apartment is in very good location as it is very near to the tube and bus station. Daily housekeeping service is excellent and the facilities were as what we expected. We had a great stay and will definitely book the same apartment in our future stay in London. Thank you.

    I'M Satisfied With The Apartment.. Dear customer service, Few things that I need to highlight is your kitchen.Your cooking pan are not sufficient.You need to provide more like small basin for washing wet food and blender if possible and a jug for juice. During my stay the TV out of order and my son cant on his game player, besides TV channel very boring. If you could provide better facilities my kids will enjoy staying at the apartment in future and I will not stay other places on my next visit.

    Excellent For Families. the location was great and right opposite hyde park which my kids enjoyed. the lifts to the apartments were tiny for our suitcases but we managed. It was on a busy road but we did not hear much noise.

    More Than Pleased With The Apartment'S Location And Facilities. Arrived very early in the morning and as reception at Fountain Apartments don't start till 9.00 am, had to proceed to check-in at another apartment which was quite a long way off after a long flight. Nevertheless, more than pleased with the apartment's location and facilities.
