Policies of Cheval Phoenix House Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

    For stays of 14 nights or less, a cancellation may be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee.
    For stays of 15 to 28 nights, 7 days’ notice of cancellation will be required. Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee.
    For stays of 29 – 89 nights, 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required. Cancellation made less than 14 nights prior to arrival will be charged 14 nights cancellation fee.
    For stays of 90+ nights, 30 days' notice of cancellation will be required. Cancellation made less than 14 nights prior to arrival will be charged 30 nights early departure fee.

    Early Departure Charges:
    Stays of 1-14 nights will be charged 3 nights early departure fee.
    Stays of 15-28 nights will be charged 7 nights early departure fee.
    Stays of 29-89 nights will be charged 14 nights early departure fee.
    Stays of 90+ nights will be charged 30 nights early departure fee.


    No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

  • Cards Accepted American Express, Visa and Mastercard (are accepted on the completion of a property credit card authorization form) Payment can also be made by CHAPS or BACS transfers.

    To guarantee early arrival it is recommended to reserve the night before.
