Nevern Place Apartments are contemporary serviced apartments Earls Court with excellent local connections and a range of convenient moderns home comforts.

Policies of Nevern Place Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Notice of cancellation is as follows inorder to receive a full refund:

    Stays of 1 – 29 nights - a cancellation may be made up to 7 days prior to arrival.

    Stays of 30 – 89 nights - 14 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.

    Stays of 90+ nights - 21 days’ notice of cancellation will be required.


    If you fail to arrive or fail to notify us of any changes to your arrival date we will treat this as a “no show” and the full amount charged will be non refundable.

    If you cancel or amend your booking within the above notice periods, you will be charged for any days that fall outside of the 7, 14 or 21 days.

    Any change in the arrival or departure date without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and re-booking and the terms above will apply.

  • Security Deposit A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.

    WiFi : 9/ 10 Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes Any comments about the apartment in particular? : Lovely apartment. Lovely spaces with added terrace. Wished the kitchen was on the same floor with living and dining room.
