Description


Brewhouse Yard Apartments offer smart fully furnished residences in Farringdon, close to the city centre and within easy reach of the city's financial districts. Farringdon Station is connected to Canary Wharf in 7 minutes and Heathrow Airport in 36 minutes via the new Elizabeth line.

Living spaces have floor-to-ceiling windows, wooden flooring, relaxing furniture and open plan kitchen and dining areas stocked with all the appliances to dine-in. Bedrooms are cosy with double or king beds, wardrobe space and en-suite bathrooms (with bathtub or shower).

Weekly cleaning and all bed linen and towels are provided. Utilities are also inclusive and a 24/7 emergency helpline is available for your peace of mind.

Policies of Brewhouse Yard Apartments

  • Cancellations / Amendments Free cancellations with a full refund if cancelled until 14 days prior to arrival.

    Cancellation and changes less than 14 days prior to the check-in date will incur cancellation charges as detailed below.

    For cancellation notice received less than 14 days before the check-in date, the client is liable to a charge of 14 nights accommodation or the total booking value (whichever is lower). After check-in, should the client wish to shorten the stay, 14 nights prior notice is required to be refunded the balance of the stay.

  • Key Collection Meet & Greet on arrival or Self check in details provided. Please advise us of your arrival time.
  • Payment Payment is due immediately after your booking is confirmed. Please note that guests must provide a copy of ID prior to arrival.

    For stays over 60 nights monthly billing can be arranged.
  • Security Deposit On arrival £150.00 security deposit will be required to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment. This will be refunded in full 7 days after departure.
  • Smoking No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.

    Any comments about the apartment in particular? : Excellent; except for the shower which was temperamental - same setting every day produced hot to cool. Not very relaxing. Small gripe on what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Other concern was the lift not working the day I left and having to carry a heavy suitcase down 2 flights of stairs. No obvious alternative.

Above a Tesco express and a Waitrose. Easy walking to Farringdon station . It had everything we needed for a comfortable two week stay.

    Review Title : Good WiFi : 8/ 10 Would you recommend this property to others? : Yes

    Any comments about the apartment in particular? : All guests required working during their stay at the apartments, it would be good if lighting in the apartment could be adjusted. For example, color and brightness of the desk lamp provided could not be adjusted to the level which is suitable for reading. Besides, lighting in the bathroom is not bright enough. The hair dryer could not be used in the bathroom, it would be better if appropriate socket is also provided there as an alternative. Instruction manuals to the electrical appliances are not provided in full eg washing/dryer machine, microwave/oven, dishwasher.
